Ingredients

  • 8 pieces MY San Honey Grahams
  • ½ cup butter 
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup pili nuts or any other nuts

Steps

  1.  

    PREPARE THE CRACKERS - Place MY San Honey Graham Crackers on the bottom of an 8x8 pan lined with wax paper. Set aside.

    MAKE THE CARAMEL - In a pan, cook butter, brown sugar and salt for 2 minutes stirring constantly over medium heat. Remove from heat and add ground cinnamon, vanilla and nuts. Stir until combined.

  3.  

    CHILL - Spread the mixture over the Graham crackers then chill. Use a sharp knife to cut into desired shapes.

  4.  

    IF BAKED - Pour the hot mixture over the grahams crackers spreading until all are covered. Bake for 10 minutes until bubbly. Place on a cooling rack to cool completely, then chill.
