Ingredients

  • 4 cups MY San Crushed Honey Grahams
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose cream
  • 2 cups fruit cocktail, drained
  • 2 cups water
  • 25 grams clear gulaman powder

Steps

  1.  

    PREPARE CRUST - Line a 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil. Mix MY San Crushed Honey Grahams with ¼ cup sugar and butter. Press unto bottom of aluminum pan.

    MIX - Beat cream cheese, sugar and all-purpose cream in a bowl using a whisk or mixer until well-blended. Spread over crust and top with fruit cocktail. Place in the refrigerator to set.

    COOK - Mix water and gulaman powder in a sauce pan and heat stirring constantly until gulaman has completely dissolved.

  4.  

    CHILL AND SERVE - Cool slightly then pour on top of the cream cheese. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. Slice into squares.
