Ingredients

  • 200 grams MY San Crushed Honey Grahams
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups ube ice cream

Steps

  1.  

    PREPARE CRUST – Combine melted butter and crushed grahams in a bowl and place on the bottom of a cupcake mold with cupcake liners.

  2.  

    MIX – Whisk cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth and softened. Add slightly melted ube ice cream and mix until well combined.

  3.  

    FREEZE – Pour ube ice cream mixture on top of the grahams crust and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
