Ingredients

  • 200 g MY San Crushed Honey Grahams
  • 2 cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 380 g or 1 1/4 cup Can Condensed Milk
  • 1 lemon Lemon Rind
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 tbps Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice

Steps

  1.  

    MIX – Place MY San Crushed Honey Grahams, desiccated coconut, condensed milk and lemon rind in a bowl and mix until well blended. Press grahams on the bottom of a 10x10 inch square pan lined with aluminum foil.

  2.  

    GLAZE – Whisk butter, milk, powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl to make frosting and spread on top of the coconut grahams mixture.

  3.  

    CHILL and SLICE.
