Ingredients

  • 2 cups MY San Chocolate Grahams, crushed
  • 225 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dark chocolate

Steps

  1.  

    MIX – In a bowl, mix together crushed MY San Chocolate Grahams and cream cheese, using clean hands with gloves or a spatula, until well combined.

  2.  

    ROLL – Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll in the palm of your hands, then place on a plate.

  3.  

    MELT- Melt chocolate in the microwave or on a double boiler, then dip the balls in the melted chocolate until well coated. Place coated balls on a plate and allow chocolate to harden.

  4.  

    FEELING EXPERT TIP - Use a fork to dip the balls in the melted chocolate and move the fork in an up and down motion to remove excess chocolate, then place on a wax paper for easy removal. Decorate with a drizzle of white chocolate or sprinkles
