Ingredients

  • 200 g MY San Honey Grahams
  • 1 kilo very ripe bananas
  • Optional Coatings: MY San Crushed Honey Grahams, sprinkles, choco chips, chopped nuts

Steps

  1.  

    MASH BANANA - Using a fork, mash bananas finely. Freeze immediately to minimize and prevent browning.

  2.  

    MAKE THE SANDWICH - With the underside of the MY San Grahams Honey Cracker face up, spoon softened frozen banana, about ½ inch thick to cover one side. Place another cracker on top of ice cream.

  3.  

    COAT - Add crushed MY San Chocolate Grahams, sprinkles, choco chips and chopped nuts as desired.

  4.  

    FREEZE - Freeze immediately to harden. Repeat with remaining crackers and softened frozen banana. Serve directly from freezer.
